洗衣机电机降噪的实验研究与ANSYS模态分析

         

摘要

对洗衣机电机噪声的产生原因,进行系统的实验研究,确定机械噪声是最主要的根源。改善电机结构强度,可以实现降噪。采用有限元法,对洗衣机电机的整体结构进行有预应力的模态计算,找出电机结构上的薄弱环节,并通过实际的洗衣机噪声实验进行验证,降低电机在洗衣机中的噪声。有限元的模态计算结果为电机结构设计提供参考依据,从而实现设计方案的优化。%Noise and vibration of the motors of washing machines were tested experimentally. It was found that the mechanical noise was the main noise of the washing machine and could be reduced by improving the motor structure of the machine. A modal analysis with pre-stress of the entire motor structure was carried out by ANSYS software, and the weakness positions of the motor structure were found and then reinforced. The practical sound tests of the washing machine showed that the motor noise was reduced after the structure improvement. Results of the modal analysis provide a reference for structure design and optimization of the motors.
