This project studied the comprehensive utilization study for the fine granule of a weathered porphyritic granite type potassium feldspar in Sichuan. First, the feldspar and quartz mixed rough concentrate of K2O and Na2O grade of more than 8%, Fe2O3 grade of 0.21%, yield of 85.54%were obtained by the wet grinding -5 mm to -0.6 mm graded, weak magnetic separation to remove the iron content, desliming, and high intensity magnetic separation twice on the magnetic induction strength of 1.4 T. Second, the feldspar and quartz mixed rough concentrate of K2O and Na2O grade of more than 8%, Fe2O3 grade of 0.14%, absolute yield of 79.66% were obtained by scrubing 30 min when concentration of 60% with 2 kg/t of sodium dithionite and 1 kg/t of sodium hexametaphosphate additive. Lastly, the grade of K2O and Na2O in feldspar product is over 12%, Fe2O3 is less than 0.2%, SiO2 grade in quartz products is over 97% and Fe2O3 content is less than 0.05% which can be obtained by using one flotation separating process with sodium fluosilicate of 1.8 kg/t, diamine of 600 g/t, sodium stone of 900 g/t, 2# oil of 20 g/t, after mixing 3.5 min in 30% concentration.%对某风化斑状花岗岩型长石矿细粒级进行综合利用研究.首先将该矿筛下-5 mm湿磨至-0.6 mm,经弱磁选除去铁质物、脱泥后,用湿式强磁选机在磁感应强度1.4 T时选别2次,获得K2O与Na2O总量大于8%,Fe2O3含量为0.21%,产率为85.54% 的长石、石英混合粗精矿.再添加连二亚硫酸钠2 kg/t、六偏磷酸钠1 kg/t,在质量分数为60% 时擦洗30 min后,获得Fe2O3含量0.14%、K2O与Na2O总量大于8% 的长石、石英混合产品,其绝对产率为79.66%.-0.6 mm的长石石英混合产品按以下药剂制度:氟硅酸钠1.8 kg/t、二胺600 g/t、石钠900 g/t、2#油20 g/t,采用30% 的质量分数调浆3.5 min后,用1次浮选能分离长石和石英.长石产品中K2O与Na2O总量大于12%、Fe2O3小于0.2%,石英产品中SiO2含量大于97%、Fe2O3含量小于0.05%.
