不同粒度凹凸棒石的载锌及抑菌效果研究

         

摘要

The present study aimed to investigate the zinc loading capacity of palygorskite with different particle sizes and the antibacterial effect of prepared zinc-bearing palygorskite on Escherichia coli K88 in vitro. The results showed that the zinc loading capacity of the conventional and ultra-fine grinding palygorskite after 2 h zinc loading was 24.80 mg/g and 12.03 mg/g, respectively, with their minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) for Escherichia coli K88 being 30 mg/mL and 40 mg/mL, 40 mg/mL and 50 mg/mL, respectively. After 3 h zinc loading, zinc loading capacity of the conventional and ultra-fine grinding palygorskite was 21.79 mg/g and 26.80 mg/g, respectively, and their MIC and MBC for Escherichia coli K88 were 10 mg/mL and 5 mg/mL, 20 mg/mL and 10 mg/mL, respectively. The sterilization rate of zinc-bearing palygorskite with two different particle sizes were both above 99.9%, and their bactericidal effects were obvious. The results suggested that ultra-fine grinding palygorskite under a 3 h zinc loading process exhibited the highest zinc loading capacity and the best antibacterial effects.%通过体外试验比较了不同粒度凹凸棒石的载锌量及其载锌后对大肠杆菌K88的抑菌效果.结果表明,载锌时间为2 h时,常规和超微粉碎凹凸棒石的载锌量分别为24.80 mg/g和12.03 mg/g,对大肠杆菌K88的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为30 mg/mL和40 mg/mL,最小杀菌浓度(MBC)分别为40 mg/mL和50 mg/mL;载锌时间为3 h时,常规和超微粉碎凹凸棒石的载锌量分别为21.79 mg/g和26.80 mg/g,对大肠杆菌K88的MIC分别为10 mg/mL和5 mg/mL,MBC分别为20 mg/mL和10 mg/mL.两种粒度凹凸棒石载锌后的杀菌率均达到99.9% 以上,杀菌效果明显.载锌3 h的超微粉碎凹凸棒石载锌量最高,抑菌效果最好.
