辽宁某低品位菱镁矿浮选除杂试验研究

         

摘要

The low grade magnesite is used as raw material which is purified by reverse flotation - direct flotation - two cleaning process. Sodium hexametaphosphate is used as regulator, dodecyl amine is used as collector and turpentine is used as foaming agent to remove dolomite and silicate under neutral pulp condition in the process of reverse flotation. Direct flotation by sodium carbonate as regulator, sodium hexametaphosphate and water glassand as inhibitors, collector sodium oleate is used to purify magnesite. Water glass and sodium hexametaphosphate are added to the first cleaning. Calcium chloride is added to the second cleaning. The flotation experiment results show that, MgO grade increased from 32.13% to 42.25% and the contents of SiO2 and CaO were reduced to 0.19% and 6.73% respectively which prove purification effect is remarkable.%针对辽宁某低品位菱镁矿石,采用反浮选-正浮选-2次精选工艺进行了浮选除杂试验研究.其中反浮选作业在中性矿浆环境中,以六偏磷酸钠为调整剂,十二胺为捕收剂,2#油为起泡剂脱除含硅钙脉石.正浮选作业以碳酸钠为调整剂,油酸钠为捕收剂,六偏磷酸钠、水玻璃为抑制剂提纯菱镁矿.1次精选时添加水玻璃,六偏磷酸钠;2次精选时添加氯化钙.开路浮选试验结果表明,MgO品位由原矿的32.13% 提升至42.25%,杂质SiO2和CaO含量分别降至0.19% 和6.73%,提纯效果显著.
