以辽宁朝阳蒙脱石为原料,通过钠化改性和胶化凝胶制得不同黏度的无机凝胶,并探索了钠化改性和胶化凝胶条件对其性能的影响.结果表明,钠化改性的最优条件为:以碳酸钠作为钠化剂,用量为8%;胶化凝胶的最优条件为:以氧化钙作为凝胶剂,用量为4%,制备出低黏度无机凝胶,再加入10% 的羧甲基纤维素钠作为增稠剂,可制备出高黏度的无机凝胶.%Inorganic gels with different viscosities were prepared by sodium modification and gelled gels with montmorillonite from Chaoyang, Liaoning Province. The effects of sodium modification and gel gelation conditions on their properties were also discussion. The result shows that, the optimum conditions for the sodium modification were as follows: sodium carbonate was used as the sodium reagent in an amount of 8%; the optimal conditions for the gelatinized gel were: calcium oxide as the gel agent in an amount of 4% to prepare low viscosity inorganic gel, then 10% CMC-Na was added as thickener to prepare high viscosity inorganic gel.
