冷等离子体辅助硅烷表面改性高岭石的研究

         

摘要

The silane grafted kaolinite was prepared by the cold plas.ma pretreatment followed with the silane surface modification technique.XRD,FT-IR spectrum and settlement property were employed to characterize the plasma treated kaolinite and silane modified samples.The results show that the oxygen plasma treatment improved its dispersibility in water and new IR peaks (3010 cm-1 and 2904 cm-1) appeared on the surface of treated kaolinite.The compared FT-IR study of plasma pretreated and direct silane surface modified kaolinite samples showed that the methyl and ethenyl absorption peaks appeared on the former surface.These results confirmed that the kaolinite particles pretreated with plasma with enhanced chemical reactivity were more easily modified by the silane than pristine kaolinite.%采用等离子体预先处理和硅烷偶联剂表面修饰法制备了硅烷-接枝高岭土.通过沉降特性、X射线衍射和红外光谱等分析表征方法,研究了等离子体对高岭石晶体结构和表面性质的影响.结果表明:经氧气等离子体处理后高岭土在水中分散性显著提高,红外光谱显示在3010cm-1和2904 cm-1处产生了新的红外吸收峰,其表面化学性质发生变化.对比硅烷直接改性和等离子体预处理硅烷改性高岭土样,后者具有明显的甲基和乙烯基双键等乙烯基硅烷的红外吸收峰.可见等离子体预先处理可显著改善高岭石的反应活性,使其易与硅烷偶联剂发生接枝化学反应.
