水泥含量与防氡涂料对粉煤灰砖氡释放的影响

         

摘要

以氡屏蔽率为主要评判指标,研究水泥加入量对煤渣/粉煤灰砖氡释放的影响;使用自制的防氡涂料研究涂层厚度对煤渣/粉煤灰砖氡释放的影响.结果表明:随着水泥加入量的增加,不同水泥量模块的氡析出浓度先明显增加,水泥加入量35%时,模块析出氡浓度达到最大值,然后呈缓慢下降趋势;随涂覆厚度的增加,防氡效率上升,当涂覆厚度为2.0 mm时,防氡效率为98.96%.机理研究表明:水泥量增加,产生的水化反应产物增多,将填充至水泥石内部的孔隙空洞,增加密实度,降低氡的释放,但水泥中粉煤灰等原料会带来氡的释放;涂层表面是一种连续致密均匀的结构,孔隙率极低,防氡基元材料紧密堆积,形成了层层叠加的致密结构,对氡源起到很好的密闭作用.%Radon shielding rate as the main evaluation index, researching the addition amount of coal cinder/fly ash cement brick radon release; using self-made radon prevention coatings research coating thickness influence on coal cinder/fly ash brick radon release. Results show that with the increase of the amount of cement, different amount of cement module of radon emanation concentration significantly increased firstly, the amount of 35% for cement, reach maximum module exhalation radon concentration, and then a slow downward trend; with the increase of coating thickness, the radon prevention efficiency rise, when overburden thickness of 2.0 mm, radon prevention efficiency is 98.96%. Mechanism research shows that with the increase of the amount of cement, the hydration reaction products increased, will fill the internal pore hole, increase the compactness, reduce the release of radon, but the release of raw materials such as fly ash in concrete will mean radon; surface coating is a kind of continuous dense and uniform structure, low porosity, radon primitive proof materials tightly packed, compact structure, to form the layer upon layer of cross-fertilized of radon source have good sealing effect.
