为了实现四川某地石英片岩型石榴石重选尾矿的高附加值利用的目的,进行了绢云母与石英分离及深加工试验研究.通过采用"1粗2精2扫"的浮选开路试验方法,最终获得了SiO2品位为98.91%的石英及Al2O3、SiO2品位分别为31.02%和50.19%的绢云母精矿,所得绢云母精矿经过超细加工及硫酸酸洗后白度达到66.92%.最终提高了重选尾矿中各产品的附加值.%In order to improve the high added value of quartz schist type garnet gravity tailings (Sichuan province in China), the separation and further processing of sericite and quartz was investigated. A quartz concentrate with SiO2 grade of 98.91% and a silk mica concentrate containing 31.02% Al2O3 and 50.19% SiO2 were obtained, by using one roughing-two cleanings-two scavengings flotation separation process. The whiteness of the silk mica concentrate reaches 66.92% by using the processing of superfine and sulfuric acid pickling. The process improves the added value of the product obtained from the tailings re-election.
