颗粒疏水聚团制备碳酸钙-TiO2复合颜料实验研究

         

摘要

以通过改性获得表面诱导疏水性的碳酸钙(CaCO3)和二氧化钛(TiO2)颗粒为原料,对采用异质颗粒疏水聚团方法制备CaCO3-TiO2复合颜料进行了实验研究,对主要影响因素进行了考察和优化,对其性能和结构进行了表征.结果表明,CaCO3-TiO2复合颜料具有和钛白粉相当的颜料性能及表面疏水性,含TiO260%复合颜料的遮盖力最高达到钛白粉的93.50%.CaCO3-TiO2复合颜料由CaCO3表面包覆TiO2为特征复合颗粒所组成,TiO2在CaCO3颗粒表面的包覆均匀、致密,二者结合方式为各自表面碳氢链之间的缔合.%Using CaCO3 and TiO2 particles,which surface are hydrophobic due to organic modification,as raw materials, the preparation of TiO2-coated CaCO3 composite pigments by hydrophobic agglomeration method was investigated. The properties and structure of TiO2-coated CaCO3 composite pigments were characterized and evaluated. The results show that the TiO2-coated CaCO3 composite pigments has the similar pigments properties to TiO2 with hydrophobic surface, while the mass ratio of TiO2 to composite pigments is 60%, the hiding power of composite pigments reached 93.50% of titanium dioxide. Meanwhile, the TiO2-coated CaCO3 composite pigments are made up of the composite particles characterized as TiO2 particles coating on CaCO3 particles surface, and the coating was uniform, compact and firmly. The CaCO3 and TiO2 particles could combine by the association of organic carbon chains on their surface.
