烧结温度对钡渣陶瓷砖结构和力学性能的影响

         

摘要

以钡渣和高岭土为原料,采用固相烧结法制备钡渣陶瓷砖,通过抗压强度、吸水率及X射线衍射仪(XRD)分析,研究了烧结温度对钡渣陶瓷结构和力学性能的影响.研究表明,随着烧结温度升高,钡长石相逐渐增多,晶粒尺寸增大,晶格应变减小,吸水率降低.此外,1100℃烧结的陶瓷具有最佳力学性能,此温度下十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)添加量为0.8%的陶瓷样品与不舍SDS样品相比相结构组成相似,但SDS添加量为0.8%样品抗压强度和吸水率表现更优.因此,合适的烧结温度与SDS添加量都对陶瓷材料的相结构组成、晶粒尺寸、晶格应变、抗压强度和吸水率有重要影响.%The barium slag ceramics were prepared by solid method with barium slag and kaolin as raw materials.The structures of the barium slag ceramics sintered at different temperature were detected by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),and the mechanical properties were reserched through compressive strength and water absorption analysis.The results show that the sintering temperature could increase the barium feldspar phase and the grain size,while decrease the lattice strain and the water absorption rate.In addition,the ceramic sintered at 1100 ℃ possesses the most optimal mechanical properties,and the ceramic with SDS content of 0.8% has a similar phase composition compared to the non-SDS ceramic,the compressive strength and water absorption rate of sample with 0.8% SDS is better than the non-SDS ceramic.Therefore,the appropriate sintering temperature and SDS has important influence on the phase composition,grain size,lattice strain,compressive strength and water absorption rate of ceramics.
