低品质高岭土吸附亚甲基蓝试验研究

         

摘要

This experiment used three grade kaolin as raw material,use single factor to analyze the effect of kaolin dosage,temperature,methylene blue concentration,decolorization time and pH on the decolorization of kaolin.It was found that the decolorization rate was 69.45% under the following conditions:temperature was 25 ℃,initial concentration of methylene blue was 20 mg/L,kaolin was 0.08 g,pH value was 8,the adsorption time was 80 min;modified the three grade kaolin by hydrochloric acid directly,and use infrared spectroscopy to character kaolin before and after modification.The experimental results showed that:the decoloration rate of hydrochloric acid modified kaolin was 86.43%,the decolorization rate increased by 16.98%,the modified kaolin has better decolorization effect.%以三级高岭土为原料,采用单因素法分析高岭土用量、温度、亚甲基蓝浓度、脱色时间及pH值对高岭土脱色性能的影响.在温度25℃亚甲基蓝初始浓度20 mg/L、高岭土用量0.08 g、pH值为8、吸附时间80min实验条件下发现高岭土对亚甲基蓝的脱色率为69.45%,效果一般;采用盐酸对三级高岭土直接改性处理,利用红外光谱袁征改性前后高岭土变化.实验结果表明:在相同脱色条件下盐酸改性高岭土的脱色率达86.43%,脱色率提高16.98%,改性后的高岭土脱色效果较好.
