改性自燃煤矸石处理含Fe2+、Mn2+煤矿酸性废水实验

         

摘要

针对煤矿酸性废水中Fe2+、Mn2+含量高、处理难度大、处理成本高等问题,采用自燃煤矸石及NaOH、NaCl、HCl活化改性煤矸石对煤矿酸性废水中Fe2+、Mn2+进行处理,单因素静态实验、SEM与XRD矿物学分析研究表明,自燃煤矸石的最佳反应条件为:粒径120~180μm,投加量4 g/50mL,pH值为5,震荡时间150 min。NaOH活化改性过程由于煤矸石结构发生较大改变,孔隙、比表面积增大,处理效果最好,最佳改性条件为:浓度3 mol/L,液固比2 L/kg,浸泡时间8 h。%In acid mine drainage, there are a large number of Fe2+and Mn2+which treat dififcultly and need high cost. For this phenomenon, we used spontaneous combustion coal gangue and coal gangue which were modiifed by NaOH, NaCl and HCl to treat AMD containing Fe2+and Mn2+. By the single factor experiment and mineralogical analysis of SEM and XRD, the results indicated that optimum reaction condition were:particle size 120~180μm, dosing quantity 4 g/50mL, pH value 5, reaction time 150 min. In the activated process of NaOH, because of the structure changed largely and porosity, speciifc surface area increased, treatment effect of spontaneous combustion coal gangue is the best. Optimum modiifde condition were:concentration 3 mol/L, liquid-solid ratio 2, soaking time 8 h.
