冻融和碳化交替作用煤矸石混凝土耐久性研究

         

摘要

为探究冻融和碳化交替作用下煤矸石混凝土的耐久性,利用冻融与碳化循环试验,研究其质量、动弹性模量、强度及碳化深度等方面损失特性,分析冻融和碳化相互作用机理。结果表明:质量损失率与循环数呈正相关;相对动弹性模量与循环数呈负相关,显著性为水灰比0.75>水灰比0.65>水灰比0.55;冻融对强度增长起负作用,损失率为0.32%~2.06%,碳化使强度增长,最大增长率7.11%;碳化与时间呈正相关,碳化-冻融对碳化影响比冻融-碳化显著,碳化差值0.94~2.07 mm。冬春交替对其损失率影响比秋冬交替更显著。%In order to study the durability of coal gangue concrete under alternative effect of freezing-thawing and carbonization. Research the loss characteristics of coal gangue concrete quality, dynamic elastic modulus, compressive strength, and carbonation depth by freezing-thawing and carbonization cycle tests, and analysis alternative effect mechanism of freezing-thawing and carbonization. The results showed that connection between its weight loss rate and cycle number was negative. The relationship between relative dynamic elastic modulus and cycle number was negative, and the signiifcant strength is water cement ratio 0.75>water cement ratio 0.65>water cement ratio 0.55, respectively. Freezing-thawing has a negative effect on strength increasing, its loss ratio within the scope of 0.32%~2.06%, and carbonization has a positive effect on strength increasing, the biggest growth rate of its was 7.11%. Carbonization was positively related with time, the coupling of carbonization and freezing-thawing has more impact on carbonization depth than freezing-thawing and carbonization, the difference value of two modes was 0.94~2.07 mm. Alternate mode of winter and spring has more signiifcant effect on its loss ratio than that of fall and winter.
