钛铁矿-污泥复合吸附剂制备及应用

         

摘要

Ilmenite as poer-forming agent is added in the sludge to manufacture composite adsorbent. Its feature with speciifc surface area and pore structure(BET), surface morphology(SEM), the X-ray diffraction(XRD) and other characterization are analysed. Ilmenite-sludge composite adsorbent adsorpt acid fuchsin wastewater is studied. The analysis of feature shows that there are developed large holes and pore structure in Ilmenite-sludge Composite Adsorbent. Its speciifc surface area is 285.003 m2/g, total pore volume is 0.634 cm3/g, Iodine adsorption value is 523.24 mg/g. Compared with the pure sludge adsorbent increased by 43.08%, 31.81%, 27.95%, respectively. The adsorption experiments show that under the condition of adsorbent dosing quantity is 4 g/L, adsorption time is 100 min, composite adsorbent adsorption equilibrium of acid fuchsin capacity is 24.93 mg/g, adsorption rate is 99.71%. And the results show that this adsorption process can be described in Mckay proposed two models and Langmuir model.%利用污水厂剩余污泥添加钛铁矿为造孔剂制备钛铁矿-污泥复合吸附剂,对其性质进行比表面积及孔隙结构(BET)、表面形态(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)等表征分析,并研究钛铁矿-污泥复合吸附剂对酸性品红废水的吸附。结果表明:制得的钛铁矿-污泥复合吸附剂有发达的大孔和中孔结构,其比表面积为285.003 m2/g、总孔容积达0.634 cm3/g,碘吸附值可达523.24 mg/g,相对于纯污泥吸附剂分别提高43.08%、31.81%、27.95%。在吸附剂投加量为4 g/L、吸附时间为100 min的条件下,对酸性品红的吸附平衡容量为24.93 mg/g,吸附率可达99.71%。其动力学过程可近似用Mckay拟二级模型来描述。
