利用蓝晶石尾矿制备陶粒的研究

         

摘要

针对传统陶粒使用大量天然优质黏土和页岩,破坏环境的问题,进行了河北某蓝晶石尾矿制备陶粒的实验研究,得出陶粒制备最佳工艺条件为:蓝晶石尾矿与黏土的质量比7:3,预热温度500℃,预热时间15min,焙烧温度1100℃,保温时间15min.此条件下制备的陶粒表现 密度为816kg/m3,颗粒强度为851N.%In view of the traditional ceramsite using a large number of high-quality natural clay and shale, and making the environment problem, ceramsite was prepared by kyanite tailings in Hebei. The results showed that when the kyanite tailings and clay was in the mass ratio of 7 : 3, the preheating temperature was 500℃, preheating time was 15 min, calcination temperature was 1100℃. heat preservation time was 15 min, the apparent density of ceramsite was 816 kg/m3, the particle strength was 851 N.
