黑电气石/TiO2/稀土离子(Nd3+,Gd3+)复合材料的制备及物相行为研究

         

摘要

为提高TiO2光催化性能,以黑电气石、钛酸四丁酯和稀土氧化物(Nd2O3、Gd2O3为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备黑电气石/TiO2/稀土离子(Nd3+,Gd3+)复合材料,借助X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对该复合材料进行了物相分析和微观结构分析.结果表明,500℃煅烧后生成的TiO2属锐钛矿相,TiO2粒径均在纳米尺度,且成功包覆于黑电气石表面,说明制备工艺及反应条件控制合理.%In order to improve the photocatalytic properties of TiO2, this paper used schorl, tetrabutyl titanate and rare-earth 0xides(Nd2O3, Gd2O3) as raw materials to produce composite materials by sol-gel method. The phase and the microstructure of composite materials was analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results indicated that nano TiO2 existed in the form of anatase and was well deposited and enwrapped on the surface of schorl when the sintering temperature was 500 ℃. And the experiment had reasonable control of preparation technology and reaction conditions.
