静置热聚合法合成PAMPS高吸水性树脂与性能研究

         

摘要

Using 2-acrylamido-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid (AMPS) as monomer, N,N'-methylene bisacrylamide (NMBA) as cross-linking agent, the superabsorbent of PAMPS was prepared in aqueous solution without nitrogen atmosphere via static thermal polymerization with potassium persulfate(KPS) as initiator. The optimized polymerization conditions were obtained by single factor experiments as follows: the pH value was 2.25, NMBA dosage was 0.04%, KPS dosage was 0.03%, reacting for 10 h at 68 °C. And the absorbencies of PAMPS superabsorbent in distilled water were 1071 g/g. The water retention and absorbing salts solution were analyzed and the molecular structure and surface shape of resin were characterized by FT-IR and SEM analysis.%以2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为单体,N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)为交联剂,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,采用静置热聚合法合成PAMPS高吸水性树脂.研究了反应条件对树脂吸水率的影响,得出合成树脂的最佳反应条件为:pH值2.25,NMBA用量0.04%,KPS用量0.03%,68℃下反应10h.在此条件下合成的树脂室温下吸去离子水率为1071倍.对合成树脂的保水率和吸盐率进行了研究,借助FTIR和SEM对树脂的分子结构、表面形态进行了分析.
