微波辅助羧甲基纤维素接枝丙烯酰胺/膨润土复合保水剂的研究

         

摘要

Using N, N-methylene-bis-acrylamide as crosslinker and potassium sulfate as an initator, water retaining agent based on carboxymethyl cellulose grafted acrylamide/bentonite was prepared by microwave assisted method. The influences such as the ratio of cellulose over monomer, the amount of bentonite added,the amount of initiator and crosslinker, neutralization degree and the mass ratio of acrylic acid to acrylamide were discussed. The microscopic features of the composite was characterized by XRD and IR. The results showed that bentonite was well dispersed in the composite, the absorbancy of the composite to tap water and 0.9% NaCl solution is 523 g/g and 84 g/g respectively. The water retaining agent has good capacity of water absorption and holding.%以N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺作交联剂,过硫酸钾为引发剂,利用微波辅助合成羧甲基纤维素接枝丙烯酰胺/膨润土复合保水剂.研究纤维素与单体的配比、膨润土添加量、引发剂用量、交联剂用量、中和度及单体质量比对吸水率的影响,通过XRD和IR表征复合保水剂的微观特征.结果表明,膨润土在聚合物中能较好分散,复合保水剂吸自来水倍率达523 g/g,吸0.9%生理盐水倍率达84g/g.该保水剂有较好的吸水保水性能.
