微波煅烧绿矾制备铁精粉

         

摘要

为了实现钛白粉副产绿矾的大规模回收利用,采用煅烧绿矾的方法制取铁精粉.通过差热-差重(TG-DTG)实验研究原料热分解行为.煅烧实验以钛白粉生产副产品绿矾和铁精矿为原料,在空气气氛下通过微波煅烧制备铁精粉,研究了绿矾-铁精矿混合物料在微波场中的升温特性,探讨了物料配比、煅烧温度及反应时间对煅烧产品全铁含量和全硫含量的影响.结果表明,物料配比和煅烧时间对产品质量有较大影响,延长反应时间对产品质量无明显改善.最佳实验条件为:铁精矿配比15%,煅烧温度1123K,煅烧时间20~25 min.微波煅烧具有快速反应,能源利用效率高的特点,在最佳条件下得到铁精粉的全铁含量为58.71%,全硫含量小于0.5%,为优质铁精粉.%In order to recycle and utilize the ferrous sulfate from titanium pigment procedure, calcinations by microwave heating was used to synthesize the iron concentration powder. TG-DTG (thermogravimetry and differentialthermogravimetry) was utilized to study the thermal behavior of material. Using raw material ferrous sulfate obtained from titanium pigment production through sulfuric acid process, iron concentration powder was synthesized in air by microwave heating. The heating characteristic of mixture materials was investigated in microwave field. The effects of the ratio of mass, temperature of calcinations and reaction time on the grade of iron and total sulfur were studied. The investigation confirmed that the mass ratio and temperature were the significant factors, and extended reaction time can hardly improve the quality of products. The prior parameters obtained from the experimental were mass ratio of 15%, temperature of 1123 K and time of 20~25 min. In conclusion the calcinations consumed short time and low energy. The grade of iron of products under the best experimental parameters was 58.71% and total sulfur was less than 0.5%.
