采用XRD、化学全分析确定辽西地区膨润土原料性质,利用小直径旋流器进行湿法提纯,制备出高纯蒙脱石.通过对原矿提纯、压滤、干燥的生产工艺条件的探索,确定了一条工业生产技术路线.%Bentonite raw material properties of western Liaoning were identified by XRD, chemical analysis and high purity ontmorillonite was produced using small diameter hydrocyclone by wet purification. By the concentration purification, pressure nitration, dry the process conditions of exploration, a industrial production technical route was determined.
