磷石膏固相球磨制备尿素石膏的研究

         

摘要

Urea-gypsum was prepared by solid-phase ball milling from phosphogypsum and urea as the raw material. The influences of factors on the conversion of reaction were studied by the single factor experiment The technological conditions were optimized by the orthogonal design, and the phase compositions of product were revealed by XRD analysis. The results show ed that the optimum technical conditions were as follows: reaction temperature was 55℃, reaction time was 40min, balI-feed ratio was 6: 1, rotational speed rate was 600 r/min, and under these conditions the average conversion of reaction could reach 89.38% XRD analysis indicated that there was no side reaction during ball milling The method was characterized by its small investment, high yield, low energy consumption, strong practicability and has significances to energy conservation and emission reduction and grain production increase in China.%采用固相球磨制备的方法,以磷石膏和尿素为原料制备尿素石膏.通过单因素实验考察了各工艺条件时反应转化率的影响;再进行正交设计,优化了磷石膏固相球磨制备尿素石膏的工艺参数;并通过XRD对产物进行了物相分析.研究表明,磷石膏固相球磨制备尿素石膏的优化工艺条件为:反应温度为55℃,反应时间为40 min,球料比为6∶1,转速为600 r/min,此条件下,反应的平均转化率达89.38%;XRD分析表明,球磨过程中没有副反应发生.本法具有投资小,产率高,产量大,能耗低,实用性强等特点,对国家节能减排和粮食增产具有重要意义.
