低品位菱镁矿缎烧的新工艺

         

摘要

研究低品位菱镁矿煅烧的新工艺方法.分别采用低品位菱镁矿直接煅烧、与氯化铵混合焙烧、与添加剂混合煅烧的方法,使其中的钙和镁分离.考察了工艺条件对低品位菱镁矿失重率、CaCO3分解率和MgCO3分解率及煅烧产物物相组成的影响.结果表明,低品位菱镁矿煅烧的适宜工艺条件为:低品位菱镁矿与质量分教为1%的M解12.6H2O的混合物在650℃下煅烧2h.在此条件下,其失重率为23.6%,接近理论失重率;MgCO3的分解率为98.6 %,CaCO3的分解率为4.03%,煅烧产物为CaCO3和MgO,达到钙和镁分离的效果.%Novel calcining process methods of low-grade magnesite were studied. Low-grade magnesite was calcined directly, calcined with ammonium chloride, calcined with additive respectively, which aimed to make calcium and magnesium be separated. The effects of experimental conditions on the weight loss of low-grade magnesite, decomposition rate of CaCO3 and MgCO3 as well as phase composition of calcined products were studied. The results showed that the optimum calcining conditions of low-grade magnesite were that, low-grade magnesite was calcined at 650℃ for 2h with 1% of MgC12·6H2O as additive. Under this conditions, weight loss of low-grade magnesite was 23.6%, which is close to the theoretical weight loss; decomposition rate of MgCO3 was 98.6%, decomposition rate of CaCO3 was 4.03%, the calcined products were mainly composed of CaCO3 and MgO, which had reached the effect of separating calcium and magnesium.
