微波法膨润土有机改性及对苯胺的吸附研究

         

摘要

The organic bentonite had been prepared through organizing Na-bentonite by using cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide in the field of microwave. Its structure was characterized by XRD and IR. The adsorption of aniline on the organobentonite was studied. The results showed that the intercalation agents had been inserted into the organo-bentonite's layer successfully, the organobentonite could enhance greatly capability of absorption to aniline. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the removal rate of aniline in wastewater(50 mg/L) by organic bentonite could be up to 94.3%.Organically modified bentonite on the adsorption of aniline could be better with Langmuir model, Freundlich model and linear isotherms to simulate.%用十六烷基三甲基澳化胺在微波场中对钠基膨润土进行有机改性,制得有机改性膨润土,通过XRD和LR表征膨润土的结构,并研究了有机膨润土对废水中苯胺的吸附行为.结果表明:插层剂成功进入膨润土层间,有机膨润土对苯胺的吸附能力明显增强.在优化实验条件下对浓度为50 mg/L苯胺的去除率可达94.3%.有机改性膨润土对苯胺的吸附作用可以较好地用Langmuir型、Freundlich型和线性吸附等温线来模拟.
