PBS/蒙脱石纳米复合材料的制备及性能

         

摘要

Poly(butylene succinate)/montmorillonite nanocomposites were prepared by solution-intercalating method using organo- modified montmorillonite(OMMT) and poly(butylene succinate)(PBS) as raw materials. The structure and properties of these nanocomposites were characterized with XRD, TG-DSC and FTIR etc methods. The effect of OMMT content(0 wt%, 2 wt%, 5 wt% and 8 wt%)on their structure and properties was investigated. The results indicate that PBS macromolecules are successfully intercalated into the interlayers of montmorillonite because the diflractive peak of d∞ for montmorillonite interlayer disappears completely. With the increasing of the OMMT content, the thermal properties improve, and the glass-transition temperature (Tg) decreases obviously. (Tg) reachs -37.7 ℃ when the content is 5 wt%. It rebounds to -18.0 ℃ and △H∞ decreases sharply when the OMMT-loading content is 8 wt%.%采用自制有机改性蒙脱石(OMMT)和聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)通过溶液插层法制备出PBS/蒙脱石纳米复合材料,利用XRD、TG-DSC和FTIR等测试手段对其结构与性能进行表征,考察了不同蒙脱石填充量(0wt%、2 wt%、5wt%和8wt%)对纳米复合材料结构和性能的影响.结果表明,PBS被成功地插入蒙脱石片层间,使蒙脱石片层间距增大,并导致d001,衍射峰消失;随着蒙脱石填充量的增加,纳米复合材料的耐热性能增强,玻璃化转变温度T5值显著降低,当填充量达5 wt%时,T8值降到最低,为-37.7℃,但当填充量达8wt%时,过多的蒙脱石片层导致PBS基体T8值出现反弹,但其熔融焓△Hm出现显著降低.
