异化铁还原菌去除高岭土中Fe(Ⅲ)的特性研究

         

摘要

从不同的碳源、时间、pH值、温度、及其矿浆浓度、微生物接种量等因素对高岭土进行除铁研究,结果表明,糖蜜作为廉价的碳源可使微生物有效地去除高岭土中的铁.在糖蜜量为20%、矿浆浓度为10%、菌液投加量为30%、温度在25~35℃时,最大的平衡时间可以由7天降低至4天,微生物去除高岭土中铁的效果最佳,高岭土中Fe_2O_3,的去除量可达10.9mg/g.经处理后高岭土中的Fe_2O_3含量由原来的0.96%降低至0.47%,自然白度由60.8%提高至67.6%;1280℃烧成白度由83.8%提高至90.1%.%In this study, various factors impacting on the iron removal from kaolin using dissimilatroty iron reducing bacteria were investigated, including carbon source, function time, pH value, temperature, pulp density and inoculum density. The experiment results show that molasses can be used as a cheap carbon source for the dissimilatroty ion reducing bacteria. The settling time can reduce from 7d to 4d, and the removal Fe_2O_3 can reach 10.9 mg/g under the optimized conditions, which included the volume of molasses at 20%, pulp concentration of 10%, bacterial inoculum for 30% and temperature of 25~35℃. Fe_2O_3 content in kaolin was reduced from 0.96% to 0.47%, the natural whiteness was enhanced from 60.8% to 67.6%, and whiteness was enhanced from 83.8% to 90.1% after fired at 1280℃.
