海泡石基定形相变材料的制备及热湿性能研究

         

摘要

Sepiolite was modified by high temperature roasting and cetyl trimethylammonium bromide.The modified sepiolite was used as the carrier, the lauric acid-myristic acid eutectic system was selected as the phase change material, and anhydrous ethanol was used as the solvent, the form stable phase change material based sepiolite was prepared by liquid phase intercalation with different mass fraction of PCM. The morphology, thermal properties, thermal cycling stability, temperature control performance and saturation moisture absorption were tested.The experimental results showed that the eutectic system of lauric acid-myristic acid was uniformly adhered to the pores of sepiolite. Meanwhile, it has good thermal stability, and its thermal properties do not change significantly after many heat cycles, so it can be used as building materials.%采用高温焙烧和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵对海泡石原矿进行改性.以改性海泡石为载体, 选择月桂酸-十四酸共晶系为相变材料, 无水乙醇作为溶剂, 通过液相插层法制备不同相变材料质量分数的海泡石基定形相变材料.对其进行形貌表征、热物性、热循环稳定性、控温性能、饱和吸湿量进行测试, 用归一法评价其热湿综合性能.结果表明, 月桂酸-十四酸共晶系均匀附着在海泡石孔隙内, 当相变材料掺入量为30%, 定形相变材料具有最优的热湿综合性能.同时具有良好的热稳定性, 其热物性在多次热循环后未发生显著变化, 可将其当做建筑材料使用.
