为了提高低碳镁碳材料的抗渣性能, 向低碳镁碳材料中引入板状刚玉粉、活性α-Al2O3微粉和预合成尖晶石粉体, 对比各试样的抗渣性能.结果表明:引入4%活性α-Al2O3微粉有利于原位生成镁铝尖晶石, 所产生的体积膨胀效应提高了材料的致密度, 增强了材料的抗炉渣侵性能.%In order to improve the slag resistance of the low-carbon magnesia-carbon materials, tabular alumina powder, activated α-Al2O3 powder and spinel powder were introduced into low-carbon magnesia carbon materials, and their slag resistances were investigated. The results show that the introduction of 4% activated α-Al2O3 powder promotes the formation of spinel, the microstructure of sample is more dense, leading to the improvement of its slag resistance.
