碳纤维掺量对磷建筑石膏力学性能的影响

         

摘要

本试验通过对扩展度、吸水率、软化系数等力学性能指标的测定来探究不同掺量下短切碳纤维对磷建筑石膏的影响, 采用Origin软件对试验数据进行拟合, 得到相关性较高的拟合曲线, 确定其最佳掺量, 同时分析了试件破坏形态和短切碳纤维对磷建筑石膏的增强作用机理.结果表明:掺入体积掺量为0.25%的短切碳纤维时, 试件力学性能相比空白组提高效果最佳, 绝干抗折强度、绝干抗压强度分别提高了75.6%和20.2%.%In this paper, the effects of short-cut carbon fiber on phosphorus building gypsum under different dosages were investigated by measuring the mechanical properties of expansion, water absorption and softening coefficient. The experimental data were fitted by Origin software to obtain high correlation. The fitting curve was used to determine the optimum dosage, and the failure mode of the specimen and the reinforcing mechanism of the chopped carbon fiber to the phosphorus building gypsum were analyzed. The results show that when the short-cut carbon fiber with volume of 0.25% is blended, the mechanical properties of the test piece are better than those of the blank group, and the absolute flexural strength and absolute dry compressive strength are increased by 75.6% and 20.2%, respectively.
