试验采用水灰比为0.4、0.45、0.5、0.55、0.6的内掺水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料混凝土, 对其进行抗压强度回复率, 劈裂抗拉强度回复率和二次抗渗压力的测定, 确定了该材料的最佳水灰比, 并采用扫描电镜对其微观结构进行分析.试验结果表明, 水灰比为0.5时, 混凝土内部形成了不溶性的枝蔓状结晶并与混凝土结合成为整体, 能够较好地提高混凝土自愈合性能.%The cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof concrete with water-cement ratio of 0.4, 0.45, 0.5, 0.55 and 0.6 was used in the experiment. The compressive strength recovery rate, splitting tensile strength recovery rate and secondary impermeability pressure were measured. The optimum water-cement ratio was determined and the microstructure of the concrete was analyzed by scanning electron microscope. The experimental results show that the self-healing performance of concrete can be improved best when the water cement ratio is 0.5. The increase of the number of crystals in concrete and the change of its morphology are the fundamental reasons for the improvement of self-healing performance.
