车辆轮毂缺陷的超声自动扫查

         

摘要

As for automobile and wheel engineering load vehicle,there are multiple inner flaws during the repeated use of their wheel hubs,especially in the curved surface which is subjected to large load,so rotating shaft A and C has been designed,and then an ultrasonic automatic testing system is developed for the curved surface of wheel hubs.Some experiments have been conducted to proof the feasibility of this system,solving the problem of low speed and short precision by manual operation.%针对汽车、轮式工程载重车辆等车轮的轮毂在使用过程中存在的各种缺陷,特别是承受载荷较大的曲面部位,设计研制了A,C轴装置并形成了一套运用于轮毂曲面检测的超声自动检测系统,并对汽车轮毂曲面部位进行扫查试验,论证了该自动检测系统的可行性,解决了手工检测速度慢、精度低的难题.
