远场涡流检测技术在垃圾发电锅炉水冷壁检测中的应用分析

         

摘要

生活垃圾焚烧发电锅炉水冷壁存在腐蚀凹坑、磨损减薄和疲劳裂纹等缺陷。文章阐述了采用远场涡流技术检测在役生活垃圾焚烧发电锅炉水冷壁的适用性与优点,结合Ferroscope 308远场涡流管线内外壁检测系统,介绍了垃圾发电锅炉水冷壁远场涡流检测的工艺要点与实例。最后总结了远场涡流检测技术应用于生活垃圾焚烧发电锅炉水冷壁检测时,具有数据可靠性高、工作效率高和使用方便等优点。%Corrosion pit, wear thinning and fatigue crack appeared on the water cooled wall of municipal solid waste incineration plant boiler. The applicability and advantages of remote field eddy current testing applying in municipal solid waste incineration plant boiler were presented in this paper, then the detecting process and applicative example of remote field eddy were introduced with Ferroscope 308 system. The advantage of high reliability, high efficiency and convenient to use was summarized in the last part.
