By analyzing the reasonability of water intaking for Pulang Copper Mine project , a series of water-saving measures were adapted , and the regulation on annual water consumption was carried out by using of tail -ings dam water in order to achieve the purpose of harmonious development and coexistence and common prosperi -ty between both ecological environment and the mining exploration .%通过对普朗铜矿项目取水合理性进行分析，采取一系列节水措施，利用尾矿库储水进行年用水量调节，以达到生态环境与矿业开发和谐发展、共存共荣的目的。
