The effect of microwave activation on the desulfurization of molybdenite roasting was studied,and the mechanism of microwave activation was also investigated by thermogravimetry /differential thermal analysis.The results show that the microwave activation can promote the late process of oxidizing roasting,resulting in the molybdenite oxidation more fully,and reducing the sulfur content of molybdenum calcine effectively.The appropriate conditions for microwave activated roasting of molybdenite are P =640 W,m =30 g and t =12 min,the sulfur content of molybdenum calcine under these activated conditions can be reduced by 0.256%.%研究微波活化对辉钼矿焙烧脱硫的影响,并利用热重-差热分析研究了微波活化对辉钼矿焙烧脱硫影响的机理.结果表明,微波活化促进了辉钼矿氧化焙烧后期的深度氧化过程,可使辉钼矿氧化更充分,从而有效降低了钼焙砂的硫含量;微波活化适宜的工艺条件为:P =640 W,m=30 g和t=12 min,该活化条件下钼焙砂硫含量可降低0.235%.
