采用氯化铵和氧化铈为原料,利用自制成套氯化装置于法制备无水氯化铈,实现了无水氯化铈的批量生产.扩大试验结果表明:在氧化铈50 kg,氯化铵用量为理论量的2.4倍,均匀混料,反应温度450℃,反应时间32 h,料层厚度15 em的条件下产品无水氯化铈纯度可高达99.35%.%The preparation of anhydrous cerium chloride was studied using ammonium chloride as chlorinating agent.The results show that the technology using self-developed chlorination system can achieve anhydrous cerium chloride batch production of anhydrous cerium chloride.Under the optimal conditions:cerium oxide being 50 kg,ammonium chloride dosage being 2.4 times of the theoretical amount,uniform mixing,at 450 ℃,reaction time being 32 h,material layer thickness of 15 cm,the product purity was 99.35 %.
