工艺参数对新型医用Ti-Mo-Ta-Nb-Zr合金组织性能的影响

         

摘要

采用粉末冶金法制备新型医用Ti-Mo-Ta-Nb-Zr合金,用阿基米德排水法、X射线衍射分析和压缩力学性能分别测试研究了不同成型压力、烧结温度和烧结时间对合金孔隙率、物相构成、弹性模量及抗压强度的影响,使用扫描电子显微镜观察合金表面以及压缩断口的微观形貌,并用能谱仪分析其化学成分.结果表明:制备所得Ti-Mo-Ta-Nb-Zr合金为近β型钛合金,α相均匀分布在合金晶界及β相基体上;可通过调整工艺参数条件来调节合金的孔隙率和相结构,达到控制合金弹性模量和抗压强度的目的;在200 MPa、1 200℃及3h条件下制备Ti-Mo-Ta-Nb-Zr合金,其弹性模量为(20.91 ±0.06) GPa,抗压强度达到(1420±18) MPa,压缩断裂方式为准解理断裂,符合医用植入材料力学性能要求.%The new type medical Ti-14Mo-2.1Ta-0.9Nb-7Zr alloy with low modulus and high strength was fabricated by elemental powder metallurgy.The effects of different process parameters on the porosity,phase,elastic modulus and compressive strength of Ti-Mo-Ta-Nb-Zr alloy were investigated through Archimedes method,X-ray diffraction (XRD) and compressive mechanical properties test.The alloy's surface morphology,component and compression fractographs were observed by SEM and EDS.The results show that Ti-Mo-Ta-Nb-Zr alloy fabricated by powder metallurgy are near β titanium alloys;the porosity and phase structure can be adjusted by regulating the forming pressures,sintering temperature and time,thus the compressive strength and elastic modulus of Ti-Mo-Ta-Nb-Zr alloy can be controlled;The elastic modulus(20.91 ±0.06) GPa and compressive strength (1420 ± 18) MPa of TiMo-Ta-Nb-Zr alloy fabricated by 200 MPa,1200 ℃,3 h have a fracture mode called quasi-cleavage fracture,and it can meet the requirements of biomedical implant materials.
