This paper analyzes the influenced factors which is used in the survey data of 1037 older men in 5 counties of Guizhou Province,knowing that older men understand subjective well-being,establishing the Multi-classification Regres?sion Logistic Model and analyzing the factors of influence.The study suggested that the date of older unmarried men's sub?jective well-being is lower than married men totally.Ages,parental health,monthly income,housing conditions,medical pressure,health status,social support,the squeeze of marriage and pouring out objects,which are about the subjective well-being of unmarried men,and that has a significant effect.Among these,there is no outstanding effect on the level of education,property rights,sick care,living with their parents and suppression whether or not. Therefore,based on re?search findings,Guizhou government combined the inclination of the aid-to-the poor policy and the method of social work interventions,and put forward the policy recommendations to enhance subjective well-being of older men.%本文利用贵州省5县市1037位大龄男性的问卷调查数据,了解大龄男性的主观幸福感,并建立Logistic回归模型分析其影响因素.研究发现,大龄未婚男性的主观幸福感总体较已婚男性低;年龄、父母健在、月收入、住房条件、医疗压力、健康状况、社会支持、婚姻挤压及倾述对象对未婚男性的主观幸福感有显著影响;其中受教育程度、房产权、生病照料、与父母同住及有无压抑并无显著影响.因此,基于研究结论,结合扶贫政策的倾斜与社会工作介入的方法,提出增强大龄男性主观幸福感的政策启示.
