Under the background of an aging population,the community endowment has become animportant part of pension mode in China,elderly people to participate in community volunteer activities not only help to make full use of the old human resources,make up for the deficiency of the government in the community and family endowment,also helps to improve the el-derly social participation,to achieve its autotrophic “spirit”. Articles of Kaifeng six community residents aged over 55 sampling investigation,through the empirical study found that urban community elderly volunteer service activities to participate by in-dividual signs and external environment comprehensive effect of cognition. Put forward to improve the community volunteer service to participate in the elderly,to gradually perfect the safeguard mechanism for the elderly,and the support system.%人口老龄化背景下，社区居家养老已经成为我国养老模式的重要组成部分，老年人参与社区志愿服务活动不仅有助于充分利用老年人力资源，弥补机构和家庭在社区养老中的不足，还有助于提高老年人社会参与热情，实现其“精神自养”。文章对开封市6个社区的55岁以上居民进行抽样调查，通过实证研究发现，城市社区老年人志愿服务活动参与意愿受个体体征和外部环境的综合影响。提出为提高社区老年人志愿服务参与意愿，必须逐步完善针对老年人的保障机制和支持系统的建议。
