随着子女数量的减少，城市第一代独生子女供养父母的压力越来越大，其家庭养老功能一定程度上弱化，甚至部分丧失。本文借助中国人民大学人口与发展研究中心2009年11月进行的《中国城市青年状况调查》数据，探讨婚姻因素特别是城市第一代独生子女在婚对家庭养老功能的影响。结果表明，子女在婚是否导致家庭养老功能的弱化，不能一概而论。从经济供养功能来看，在婚有助于提高独生子女对父母的经济支持；从生活照料功能来看，在婚不利于独生子女对父母的生活照料；从精神慰藉功能来看，在婚一定程度上会弱化独生子女家庭养老的精神慰藉功能。% With a reduction in the number of children, the high pressure from providing their parents of the first generation of only child in urban areas emerged. And to a certain degree,the function of providing for the aged has been weakening. Some function even are lost. Based on a survey on the living condition of youth in Chinese city,which was made in November of 2009 by the research center of population and development of Renmin University of China,this article explores the effect of marriage on the function of providing for the aged. The results indicated that whether children in the marriage led to the weak-ening of family support was not to be lumped together. According to the economic support function,the marriage will help im-prove the child's economic support of their parents;according to the life care function,the marriage is not conducive to child to care for parents;according to the mental support function, the marriage will make this function weaken to some extent.
