China’s urbanization has more than 51% in 2011,which means the era of urban society and the coming of concen-trated outbreak period of “urban diseases”. Comprehension of “urban diseases”is the foundation of further study of the issues. Hence,typical study of the development and prospect of “urban diseases”was summarized in this article. First,the concepts of“urban diseases” from the perspective of sociology,economics and geography were remarked and summarized;second,the cause of “urban diseases”was interpreted from the angle of multi-dimension;third,representative research and feature analysis of China’s “urban diseases”had been summarized since the reform and opening up;fourth, five-point research prospects were put forward on basis of knowing literature:(1)pay attention to the effects of globalization on “urban diseases”;(2)pay attention to types and classification of “urban diseases”;(3)strengthen the research on livable city construction;(4)emphasis on joint research of “urban diseases”and “rural diseases”;(5)strengthen study on urban agglomeration and its spatial governance.%2011年中国城市化水平已超过51%，意味着中国城市社会时代的来临，与此同时，“城市病”集中爆发。认识“城市病”是深入城市问题研究的基础。对此，本文对国内“城市病”代表性研究进行述评和展望。首先，从社会学、经济学和地理学的角度分别归纳“城市病”的概念并做简要述评；其次，就“城市病”病因进行多维度的解释和探讨；再次，将改革开放以来中国代表性“城市病”相关研究进行归纳和特征分析；最后，在所及文献的基础上，指出“城市病”的研究不足，并提出五点研究展望：（1）重视全球化对“城市病”影响研究；（2）重视“城市病”类型与分类研究；（3）加强宜居城市建设及关联性研究；（4）重视“城市病”与“农村病”协同研究；（5）加强城市群及其空间治理领域研究。
