介绍了具备温漂修正功能的LaBr3探测器数字化多道谱仪的研制.研制中设计了基于FPGA的数字化信号处理算法和电路单元,研究了LaBr3探测器在环境温度变化时的能谱漂移并实现了温度补偿算法.测试结果表明,开发的新型数字化多道谱仪具有良好的能量分辨率与能量线性度,针对LaBr3探测器具有良好的温漂修正效果.%A digital multi-channel spectrometer with temperature peak-shift correction function has been introduced in this paper. The digital signal processing circuit based on FPGA has been designed in our development. The energy spectrum shift of the LaBr3detector at different ambient temperature has been studied and a temperature compensation algorithm has been designed. The test shows that the developed digital multi-channel spectrometer has good energy resolution and energy linearity, and the temperature peak-shift correction method is effective for LaBr3detector.
