The neutron dose equivalent meter based on proportional counter tube is an important method for the real-time monitoring of the radiation field dose of the reactor and accelerator .The dead time effect of the de-tector is directly related to the accuracy of the pulsed neutron radiation fields measurement .In this paper , we determined the dead time of proportional counter using the dual source method , and deduced a formulation a-bout counting rate and the correction factor in the accelerator radiation field .%以正比计数管为基础的中子剂量当量仪是实现反应堆和加速器等中子辐射场剂量水平实时监测的重要手段,而探测器的死时间效应问题直接关系到脉冲中子辐射场下量值的准确性。本文使用“双源法”实验测定了正比计数器死时间,使用蒙特卡洛模拟软件计算了中子探测器慢化体对中子的慢化时间,推导出加速器辐射场中计数率与修正因子的关系式,可以实现脉冲辐射场中子漏计数补偿。
