Aiming at the difficultly in realizing the nuclide distinguishing measurement by complex source item with multi-nuclides , this article brings forward a nuclide spectrum peak searching algorithm based on the mathematical morphology and successfully solves difficult problems of complex spectrum peak location identifica -tion, repeated peak elimination and weak peak missing investigation .This algorithm is used in the digital gam-ma spectrometer to make smooth and morphologic white cap alteration , false peak elimination and peak location calculation tests for multi -nuclide mixing source items .And results show that this algorithm can be successful-ly applied in the nuclide distinguishing measurement with complex source items .%针对多核素复杂源项难以实现核素分辨测量情况,提出了一种基于数学形态学的核素能谱寻峰算法,成功的解决了复杂能谱峰位识别、重峰剔除、弱峰漏检难题。将该算法植入数字化γ能谱仪对多种核素混合源项进行能谱平滑、形态学白帽变换、假峰滤除及峰位计算实验,结果表明该算法完全可用于复杂源项核素分辨测量。
