基于 LabVIEW 与 CSS 分布式测试系统的研究及应用

         

摘要

研究了LabVIEW与实验物理与工业控制系统EPICS的集成开发工具CSS平台的数据连接,通过这种连接可以将LabVIEW环境中采集到的数据实时发布至EPICS网络,在配置好CSS环境的分布式客户端实时显示需要监测的数据,实现了基于LabVIEW与CSS的分布式测试系统。通过在测试现场建立无线局域网,将各分布式客户端连入局域网并运行基于CSS BOY设计的监测界面,既减少了现场布线,又实现了EPICS应用,融合到了加速器控制的大系统中。该测试系统在中科院高能物理研究所的超导腔测试、耦合器测试、调谐器测试中多次使用,其运行可靠稳定。%The data connection between LabVIEW and CSS , which is the integrated development tool of EPICS , is studied .This connection is applied to publish the data collected by LabVIEW to the EPICS network in real time.The test data can be displayed and processed in the distributed clients with CSS .It helps implement a distributed test system based on LabVIEW and CSS .Wireless LAN is used for data transmission .Each interface based on CSS BOY runs in the distributed clients via WLAN .Fewer cables are used for transferring data be-cause of WLAN , and the data can also be connected to the accelerator control system which is based on EPICS . The LabVIEW-CSS test system has been used for the superconducting cavity test , the coupler test and the tun-er test at the Institute of High Energy Physics , CAS.It proves that the measurement system is reliable and sta-ble.
