数字化电源控制器的PWM波同步

         

摘要

SSRF同一机柜的多台数字化电源[1],均采用基于FPGA[2]和DSP[3]器件下产生PWM[3]波反馈到功率器件的数字化电源控制器,得到高精度,高稳定度的恒流电源.多路PWM波同时输出,由于其相距很近,频率相近的,会产生较大幅值的互扰,使得其之间原有相移产生漂移,导致ADC采样大扰动等致所得电源精度和稳定度急剧下降.在电源控制器中的FPGA中加载多路PWM波的同步措施后,能够在FPGA内生成多台电源所需的有着固定相移的PWM波,得到与单台电源一样高精度,高稳定度的恒流源[4].%Multi - DPS( Digital Power Supplies) in the same cabinet in SSRF( Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility) are based on the DPS controller,which make use of FPGA and DSP to generate PWM that is as the feedback to the power - elerical devices, in order to get high - accuracy, high - stability constant current supplies. Multi - PWM wave is to output at the same time; They ie so close in space and frequency of their own that the rather large amplitude interference generates among them. As a result, the implicit phase - shift among them generating the drift, the sampling of ADC having the great turbulence, and so on, so that the accuracy and stability of the DPS go bad very much. Making the synchronization among the multi - PWM wave in the FPGA on the DPS controller can generate the implicit phase - shift PWM wave, which the high - accuracy and high - stability DPS need to get the expected result similar to the single - DPS.
