核电仪器板件寿命分析和检测系统设计

         

摘要

为进一步提高核电仪器的安全可靠性,提出了在板件寿命末期对元器件及板件进行参数测试,根据各关键参数测试结果以确定板件能否继续服役的方法.论文首先根据元器件的主要老化方式来推算元器件的工作寿命,进而估算出电路板的使用寿命,设计了板件在线测试系统,并对异常测试曲线进行了老化和故障分析.测试结果表明利用该板件检测系统能及早发现元器件和板件的参数偏移情况.%In order to further improve the safety and reliability of instruments of nuclear power, the paper proposes a method that testing parameter of components and board at the end of working life of the circuit board, then determines whether to continue serving according to the test results of key parameters. First , analyses main ageing modes of electronic components that composed of circuit board, thus calculates their working life, then calculated working life of the whole board, designs online testing system of circuit board, and analyses the aging and failure of board according to abnormal test curve. The test results show that using the test system can detect early signs of parameter deviations of components and board.
