The estimation method of crack detection capability is a important basis on preliminary evaluation the crack detection ability of industrial CT, but also a important tool to optimize and design the system for specific target crack detection. In the paper, according to the characteristics of60 Co industrial CT system, a estimation method was proposed to estimate the crack detection capbility of 60 Co industrial CT, combining with the density resolution evaluation criteria of industrial CT. The method was used to estimate the crack detection capbility of the research platform with its own parameters. And the estimation result corresponded with the result in real system, which proved that the estimation method was correct.%裂纹检测能力的估算方法是对60Co工业CT裂纹检测能力进行前期评价的重要依据,同时也是对特定裂纹检测目标进行系统优化设计的重要工具.结合工业CT密度分辨率评价标准,针对60Co工业CT系统的特点,提出了一种裂纹检测能力的估算方法.利用该估算方法,结合研究平台的具体参数,对研究平台的裂纹检测能力进行了估算.估算结果与实际的实验结果相符,验证了估算方法的正确性.
