The value of transfer function of unorganic - crystal, CeF3, is measured by the method of pluse of lazer radiation. It is applied that the mathematics convolution of neutron - decay exponential constant on zero power assembly is processed. At the same time, the effection is assumed that the dual - exponential type transfer function deals with the the value of neutron - decay on zero power assembly in the convolution of input function.%利用激光辐照脉冲法,实验测量了无机晶体CeF3的时间响应函数,并将它应用于零功率堆中子发展常数的数学卷积处理中,分析了双指数型时间响应函数对零功率堆中子发展史常数在数学卷积后对输入函数的影响.
