∑-△模数转换在荧光测量中的应用

     

摘要

It introduces the measurement system of fluorescence intensity, the Σ - Δ ADC used as its core components. The system consisted of ADS1255, microcontrollers LPC2368 devices, etc. LPC2368 is used as the control, data process and communication interface. Diagram of the system is given. The linear response experiments, frequency response experiments, measurement accuracy experiments and long- time stability experiments were carried out. Experiments show that the system reaches a good linear response, and the measurement accuracy reaches up to 0.01%.%介绍了以∑-△ADC为核心器件的荧光强度测量系统.该系统由ADS1255和微控制器LPC2368等器件构成,后者进行控制、数据处理和承担通信接口,给出了系统连接框图.对稳恒和交变两种输入信号,进行了线性响应、频率响应、测量精度和长期稳定性实验.实验表明,系统达到了优良的线性响应,测量精度达到0.01%.
