基于模拟退火算法的γ能谱全谱定量分析

         

摘要

根据γ能谱仪系统的线性叠加性,提出一种基于全局优化算法一模拟退火算法的γ能谱全谱定量分析方法.通过引入谱漂移校正参数,实现了谱漂移的软件校正.对模拟γ能谱的分析误差小于2%.对标准环境样品中226Ra、232Th及40K的分析误差均小于10%.对方法的定量分析下限和能量分辨率进行了深入研究.结果表明,该方法具有较低的定量分析下限,并且定量分析下限只与相关核素γ射线的总强度直接有关,分析精度几乎不受重叠峰的影响.%According to the linear superposition property of γ spectrometer system, a kind of method for quantitative analysis of γ spectra was brought forward based on Simulated Annealing Algorithm. The parameters for adjusting the spectrum drifts were introduced into the optimizing function, as a result, a high analytical precise was achieved. The deviations are less than 2% for the simulated spectra, and all less than 10% for radioactive isotopes :226Ra、232Th and 40K in the standard sample. The limit of quantitative analysis and energy resolution of the method were studied and discussed in depth. The results show that the method has low limit of qualitative a-nalysis, which only depends on the whole intense of all the rays emitted from the relevant radioactive isotopes, and the analytical precise of the method is mostly not affected by the overlapped peaks.
