The principle to estimate the parameter p of binomial distribution by Bayesian method and the several non-informative prior are introduced. The survival probability of DC solid state relay under cur-rent injection at certain amplitude is obtained by this method.%用Bayes方法对固态继电器二项分布电磁脉冲效应数据进行了分析,给出了在无先验信息分布为beta(0.5,0.5)时固态继电器生存概率的推断结果,为进行相关电子系统的易损性分析打下基础.
